Performance
Based per Booking Fee
GDS/ADS
Generated Bookings:
7% Automation Fee for each completed
reservation made through the Global
Distribution Network bookings.
All
percentages are computed on the
Property's rates as booked by the
customer for each night or period
booked. This fee is billed only on
actual stays and an invoice will be sent
after the actual stay. No-shows
and cancellations are not payable
provided the property gives LodgingMarketwritten notice of such no-shows or
cancellations within thirty (30) days
from the receipt of the invoice which
includes the billing for such no-shows
or cancellation. This may be completed
through the reconciliation report within
your maintenance account.
Otherwise all amounts billed shall be
deemed to have been approved by the
Owner and due pursuant to this
agreement. (All fees are billed and due
in USD).
GDS
Transaction Fee: $6.00 per GDS
Transaction
$6 Per Booking GDS Transaction Fee for
reservations generated through the
system whether the traveler stays or
cancels. Subject to change without prior
notification.

Bookings:
