Instructions for GDS Registration Completion:
When completing this registration form please adhere to the following criteria.

  • All information must be complete and accurate
  • All properties must have a unique name in the GDS Systems.  Be creative, describe your property with words which will be listed in the system.  Charter yachts should append the words - Charter Power Yacht (XX') or Charter Sailing Yacht (XX') to her name.
  • All properties in the GDS Systems must have a unique address.  If you have a condominium in a resort, then please enter the address and append the condominium number to the end of the numerical address.  In example:  Condominium number 308 at 123 Main Street would become 123-308 Main Street.  If you have a charter yacht, please use the address and slip number of your port as this will produce a unique address for your property.
  • The property must have it's own phone on premises.  If part of the charm of your property is the lack of telephones, we will need a local property manager phone number.  For charter yachts, please use your local contact number for reservations.  You may also provide a cell phone number as long as it is local.
  • If reservations are made through an 800 toll free number, be sure to also list your international number as clients in foreign countries cannot call an US only 800 number to reach you.
  • Be sure the web site you enter contains pictures of your property
  • The GDS Systems will not authorize any property that has not provided complete information with the submission.
